The mission of Deo Gloria Church is the glorification of God through the formation of disciples who resemble Christ in their everyday lives. This mission is based on the biblical mandate from Matthew 28:19-20, which emphasizes the importance of making disciples by baptizing them and teaching them to obey Jesus’ commands. The church aims to be loving, spiritually mature, and generous, desiring to experience and share the glory of God.

We know that a first visit can be intimidating, so we have prepared some answers to the most common questions to ensure that you feel warmly welcomed and “at home” in the presence of God and our community.
What kind of church are you?
We are a biblical church made up of people of all ages who are passionate about God and love people. We are warm and welcoming, just like you.
What if I don't speak Romanian?
At every Sunday service we offer English translation.
You only need some headphones and the Zoom app.
How should I dress?
We won’t tell you how to dress, but we encourage you to do so in a way that honors God and doesn’t draw attention to yourself. In this regard, modesty and simplicity are values appreciated in our community.
Where do you meet?
We meet at 93A Fabricii de Zahăr Street. You can easily park right in the courtyard of the meeting space. You’ll see our street sign with the inscription “Deo Gloria” from afar, so you can’t miss us.
What time do you meet?
The public service of Deo Gloria Church starts on Sunday at 10:30 AM, but come half an hour earlier to enjoy fresh coffee and pastries, which make our conversations even better.

Where will I leave my children?
On Sundays, we have a special place dedicated to your children, where in a healthy and safe environment, well-trained adults work with the children, providing them with a time of play, songs, and teachings from the Word of God.

Deo Gloria Church, located in Cluj-Napoca, is a vibrant and welcoming Christian community. We are part of the international family of churches known as the Great Commission Collective, dedicated to fulfilling the mission of Jesus Christ to make disciples of all nations.
We are a group of people passionate about seeing the glory of God manifested in as many lives as possible, both locally and globally. We understand that this will happen as we fulfill the Lord Jesus’ mandate to “make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you!”
Our desire is to be a church that loves God deeply, builds its members in spiritual maturity, and is generous in all the resources we steward.
We long to experience the glory of God in our midst so that we are compelled to share the Good News of forgiveness and eternal life in Jesus Christ with others.
